• free of any hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content
• free of identifying personal data of third parties
• genuine, not constituting spam, nonsense or off-topic abuse
• free of any attempt to manipulate the analysis system (prompt injection)

Any non-compliant submission triggers flagging without refund.

3. Public publication

By submitting an idea, the user agrees that its content, score and synthesis are published publicly on the site, without identifying personal data.

4. Intellectual property

The user retains the rights to their idea but grants Golden Idea a free, non-exclusive license to publish the analyzed content on the site indefinitely.

5. Reporting

Any visitor may report a published idea using the "Report" button on its page. Reports are reviewed within 72 hours.

6. Age restriction

The service is reserved for persons aged 18 or over. By using the site, the user certifies that they meet this condition.

7. Modification

These terms may be modified at any time; the version in force is the one published on the site.
