1. Principles

No user account, no profiling, no advertising tracking, no analytics service. Personal data is reduced to the strict minimum necessary for the contract.

2. Data collected

• Idea content (published publicly without identifying data)
• Hashed IP address and user-agent (LCEN obligation, 1-year retention)
• Stripe customer/session id (link to payment, retention as long as the idea exists)
• Email and billing data: handled exclusively by Stripe (subprocessor)

3. Legal basis

Performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) for LCEN logs.

4. Retention

• Published ideas: unlimited (object of the service)
• Flagged ideas: 1 year minimum (audit / LCEN)
• IP and user-agent: 1 year (LCEN)
• Reports: 2 years

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion or anonymization of an idea you submitted, by providing proof of payment via Stripe. Contact: contact@golden-idea.h2co3.xyz.

7. Cookies

A single functional cookie (lang) for language preference. No third-party tracking cookie.
