Terms of sale

Seller: PsychozAI SAS, operating the trading name Golden Idea. SIRET 940 498 850 00012.

1. Object

These terms govern the sale of the analysis service of entrepreneurial ideas offered on the website golden-idea.h2co3.xyz.

2. Service

The service consists of producing an AI-generated structured analysis of an idea submitted by the user, then publishing it publicly with its score and verdict. Publication is part of the service sold.

3. Pricing

• Quick scan — 1 AI pass — €1
• Deep analysis — 3 AI passes — €3
• Full audit — 6 AI passes + final report — €5

All prices include VAT (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI). Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. PsychozAI SAS does not store any bank data.

4. Express waiver of withdrawal right

Pursuant to article L.221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the user expressly agrees that the service begins immediately upon payment confirmation, and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. This waiver is mandatory and materialized by a checkbox before payment.

5. No refund

No refund will be granted, whether for the rendered service or in case of flagging of content for non-compliance with the terms of use. The submission of non-compliant content constitutes a contractual violation by the user, and the amount paid is retained as a fixed processing indemnity (art. 1231-5 French Civil Code).

6. Liability

The analysis provided is strictly informative and does not constitute professional advice. PsychozAI SAS makes no commitment as to the commercial viability, legal feasibility, or technical relevance of the analyzed ideas. The user remains solely responsible for any decision made based on the analysis.

7. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties shall seek amicable resolution before any legal action. The competent courts are those of Bordeaux, France.
